MRRIK Trading AI collects your Telegram user ID, username, and encrypted Binance API credentials necessary to provide the auto-trading service. We do not collect personal documents, financial information beyond what is required for trading, or any data beyond what you voluntarily provide through the bot.
Your Binance API keys are encrypted using industry-standard Fernet encryption before storage. We never store plaintext API credentials. API keys are configured with trading permissions only — withdrawal permissions are never requested.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely to provide the MRRIK service.
Your account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and 30 days after expiration, after which it is permanently deleted upon request.

Subscriptions are activated manually upon payment confirmation. Subscription time begins from the moment of activation, not payment. Subscriptions are non-transferable.
MRRIK Trading AI is not liable for any trading losses, technical failures on Binance's side, internet outages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms or is used for fraudulent purposes, without refund.
